There are exactly two numbers in any order, and you see both before you pay.
The government amount
Whatever the issuing authority has levied on that challan. We collect it and pass it through in full. We do not mark it up, we do not take a percentage of it, and it is not our revenue — in our accounts it is a liability, not income.
Our service fee
A flat fee per challan, shown separately on screen and on your receipt. It covers the advocate's engagement, the filing and follow-up work, and support for the life of your case.
A worked example
| Item | Amount | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| Helmet violation, Delhi | ₹1,000 | Traffic authority, in full |
| Service fee | ₹500 | Us |
| Total you pay | ₹1,500 |
Multiple challans
The fee applies per challan, because each one is a separate matter that has to be handled separately. If you are dealing with several at once, select them all in one order and they are handled together.
What about discounts shown on the challan?
Some authorities show a reduced settlement amount. If our data provider reports one but cannot confirm it, we deliberately price at the full amount rather than promise a reduction we cannot guarantee. If the discount is honoured, the difference is refunded to you. We would rather refund you than surprise you.
What we do not charge for
- Checking your challans. That is free and always will be.
- Challans we cannot act on. If the law requires you in court, there is nothing to sell you.
- Support tickets, status updates, or re-uploading a document that did not scan well.
Refunds
If a challan cannot be closed after you have paid, our refund policy sets out what happens to our fee and to any government amount already remitted. Read it before you pay — it is short.
Taxes
Any applicable tax on the service fee is shown as a separate line before payment. The government fine itself is not a taxable supply by us.
