We are a private service, not a government website. Government fines are passed through in full. How it works

Placeholder for legal review. This draft reflects what the system can actually do. Confirm the commercial position with counsel and your accountant, then finalise.

Before an advocate is engaged

If you cancel before work has started on your matter, the service fee is refundable in full. If the government amount has not yet been remitted to the authority, it is returned as well.

After the government amount has been remitted

Once money has been paid to an authority, we cannot recall it. Any refund of that portion has to come from the authority under its own process, and we will tell you plainly what that process is.

If a challan turns out not to be closable

If we accept a challan and it later proves to require court presence, or the authority will not compound it, the service fee for that challan is refunded. Other challans in the same order are unaffected.

If a discount is honoured after payment

Where a reported but unverified discount is later honoured by the authority, the difference is refunded to you. We deliberately charge the full amount up front rather than promise a reduction we cannot confirm.

Duplicate payments

A duplicate payment is refunded in full. Our reconciliation job usually detects this automatically; if it has not, raise a ticket.

What is not refundable

The service fee is not refunded because a court or authority decided against you. You are paying for the matter to be handled properly, not for a particular outcome — and we say so before you pay.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket with your order reference and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Check what's pending on your vehicle

Free to check. You see the government amount and our fee separately before paying anything.
